WHEN ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED FOR A SEW-IN?

Based on customer feedback and expert advice from stylists, we recommend 2 bundles for 12”-16”.  To achieve fullness with longer lengths (18"-24”) we recommend purchasing a third bundle or more.

WHAT DOES CO-WASH MEAN?

Co-washing simply means conditioner washing. It is a key task in extending the life of your extensions and keeping them healthy. We recommend a co-wash once a week with moisturizing conditioner to ensure your hair gets the nutrients and moisture it needs.

CAN I COLOR MY NEW HAIR?

Any chemical processes should be done by a professional or at least consulted by one. This purchase is an investment for you and chemically altering the hair can possibly damage it. Our virgin hair extensions can handle a coloring process very well but please be cautious. Once the hair is chemically altered incorrectly, the cuticles can become damaged and overexposed causing fraying, breakage, dryness, and tangling. This in turn will affect the overall look and feel of your hair. Chemical damage has no reverse button.

If you or your stylist are going to cut the weft in anyway, we recommend sealing it from end to end. When you cut the weft, you cut the stitching which can become loose and cause shedding if not sealed properly before cutting. We don't recommend cutting the weft, but if you do just make sure to seal it properly.

HOW DO I SEAL MY WEFTS?

We will actually take care of that for you for only an additional $10 flat rate added to your total.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

We have a no refund policy, but we don’t consider any sale final until our customers are happy.  If you’re not happy with the hair you receive and want to make an exchange contact us within 48hrs via email and we’ll gladly exchange it for you.  Hair has to be in original condition and completely unaltered(including packaging) to qualify for an exchange.  If we feel the hair has been altered or tampered with, we hold the right to refuse any and all exchanges. Any shipping charges related to an exchange will be paid by the customer.     

HOW DO YOU SHIP AND PROCESS ORDERS?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours(3-5 days if around a holiday or sale) of payment confirmation. You typically get your package in 2-3 business days once your order has shipped.  We are not responsible for any delay in shipping caused by USPS, holidays, or bad weather.
